OLOT MEATS is a leading European company providing pig slaughter and processing services. Handling 14,000 units per day, and with the capacity to increase this to 18,000 in the near future, we are one of the top European companies in the sector. We deal in red and white meat, offal and by-products. We also process pork casings for later use in the food market.
We are authorised to export across the EU and to most other countries worldwide.
We constantly strive to comply with all aspects of animal welfare as required by law and in line with our customers’ needs. Our facilities are equipped to meet the animal welfare requirements set out in the Tesco Pork Standards.
We actively participate in several innovation and development projects as well as in Salmonella control and waste valorisation programmes.

Our modern cooling tunnels provide us with fast cooling capacity at low temperatures (-20ºC). Our facilities include a settling chamber at a temperature of between 0 and 2 degrees that can hold up to 6,000 pigs.
The in-house laboratories are certified by the government’s Department of Agriculture and Department of Health.
