OLOT MEATS is a leading European company in the slaughter of pigs. With a production of 14,000 pigs per day, expandable to 18,000 pigs. We are one of the pioneering companies in the sector in Europe. We manage and manipulate the white and red viscera. We process pork intestines for later use in the food market. Authorized to export throughout the European Union and in most countries of the world.
We work permanently to comply with the animal welfare protocols required by law and required by our customers. Our facilities are adequate to meet the highest or strictest animal welfare standards. We have animal welfare certification based on European Welfare Quality standards, in addition our most demanding customers audit us with their standards.
We actively participate in several innovation and development projects as well as in Salmonella control and waste valorisation programmes.

Our modern cooling tunnels provide us with fast cooling capacity at low temperatures (-20ºC). Our facilities include a settling chamber at a temperature of between 0 and 2 degrees that can hold up to 6,000 pigs.
The in-house laboratories are certified by the government’s Department of Agriculture and Department of Health.
